Last few weekend were chalk full of activities. Besides the regular schedule of dance classes, I drove out to Sacramento for a pop up #HeelsDance class. #Confidance was an empowering, #BodyPositive experience. After 2 hours of shimmying and floor work, my bestie and I set out to perform our favorites at a local karaoke place where we sang and #danced into the night. On Sunday I had intentions of spending my non-class time #HulaHooping at the San Francisco Hardly Strictly bluegrass festival. The weather had other plans, so my partner and I found a shady place to relax and listen to some music. Always listen to your body. I closed the weekend heading out to a local club in support of a friend who was performing. We met in #ballet class. I love seeing my #dance peers in their element.
This weekend I found myself focusing on #choreography and #DanceCurriculum. I balanced my #family life with my #dancework, making time to buy our #HalloweenCostumes & visit a local #pumpkinpatch. Hope everyone's weekends have been just as fulfilling. I know I've heard about a lot of my #dancestudents are #performing. #KeepDancing, #dancers. #DanceEveryDay.
