November & December Dance Class updates - 11.16.24

Happy weekend, Dancers. I hope everyone is resting well and maintaining good health. I wanted to provide an update regarding schedule changes and the upcoming holiday season. The November classes are progressing smoothly. Keep honing your dance skills and working on your technique. Your progress is remarkable. Considering the holiday season, many students may be traveling or taking breaks. We can adjust the class schedule accordingly, or you can stick to your regular dance routine while traveling. This flexibility is one of the great advantages of virtual lessons.

Remember to rest, listen to your body, and prioritize your health. This time of year often brings more sick days. If needed, you can reschedule your lessons for when you're feeling better. Getting back to dancing after a break always feels good. I personally feel rejuvenated when I resume dancing.

The December schedule will be similar to November's schedule. Some classes may be rescheduled or moved to the afternoon as needed. Due to an increase in private lesson requests, I might adjust the schedule in January to accommodate these lessons. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. I'll be unavailable the first weekend of December (6th, 7th, and 8th) due to our Studio's local showcase. Additionally, I'll be supporting my daughter's performances at tree lighting events on the 24th and 30th of November.

Keep in mind that dancing requires dedication. Attend your classes regularly and make time to practice. Focus on isolations, balance, and most importantly, enjoy yourself. Despite its challenges, dance is an art form and a means of expression. Express yourself through dance – whether you're feeling happy, sad, angry, tired, or joyful – just keep dancing.
